Plumber – Permanent – Suffolk / Cambridgeshire / Norfolk

A well-established and reputable mechanical contractor are looking for a Plumber to join their team on a permanent basis.

We are ideally looking for an experienced plumber who can excel in a varied role involving fault finding, problem-solving, and installation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possess strong technical skills, and enjoy the diversity that comes with working across different sites.

The site locations are around the Cambridgeshire, Suffolk & Norfolk areas.

Plumber Responsibilities

• Conduct plumbing inspections, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Perform fault finding and troubleshooting on plumbing systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Plumber Requirements

• Proven experience as a plumber with a minimum of 4 years in the field.
• Gas ticket (Desirable)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically on the job.
• Proficient in fault finding, troubleshooting, and installation tasks.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Plumber Salary

• £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependant on experience
• 44 hours per week
• Van & fuel card
