Plumber

Plumber / Pipefitter 

Location: Tyne and Wear

Duration: Ongoing, Long Term - Perm Available

We are currently seeking skilled Plumber/Pipefitters to join our clients team for ongoing projects in Tyne and Wear. The successful candidates will be involved in a variety of commercial projects, including schools, factories, and offices installations.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting 1st and 2nd Fix Pipework (15mm up to 150mm)


• Working with Copper, Plastic, Stainless (Braised, compression & crimped)


• Installing pipework to FCUs, toilets, and WHBs, Rainwater, and soil systems

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 preferred; however, NVQ Level 2 with strong commercial experience and background will be considered.


• Manual Handling certification (course can be provided)


• Face Fit training will be provided during the induction process

Employment Options:

The client is looking to take on Self Employed basis with opportunites for permanent employment.

Rates:

• £22.50 per hour on CIS basis, dependent on experience

Overtime Rates:

• x1.3 for hours worked over 44 and Saturday AM


• x1.5 for Saturday PM and all-day Sunday
