Plumber - South Shields

I am looking for a Plumber to work on behalf of the council in the South Shields area. The successful candidate will carry out all aspects of plumbing work in domestic properties.

The Plumber will receive:

• �19 - �20 P/H Depending on experience (Umbrella or CIS)
• Long run of work

The successful candidate will be expected to complete:

• Reactive maintenance on domestic properties
• 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday
• 2nd fix maintenance to a high standard

I am really keen in speaking to anyone who has:

• CSCS card
• Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
• Driving license
• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in plumbing
