Plumber Multi Trade

• You'll carry out repairs to void and occupied properties undertaking carpentry/ plumbing related works, as well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set
• Additional skills such as Tiling, Plaster and Painting.
• Carrying out plumbing work and that will comply with health and safety policies and statutory legislation.
• You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience

• Time Served/NVQ qualified Plumber or Tradesman
• Full driving licence
• Experience in the social housing sector
