Job Summary:

Alecto Recruitment are currently partnering an industry leading facilities maintenance provider who boast an outstanding reputation for delivering a high level of service, who are now looking to appoint a Facilities Maintenance Plumber to cover the Southwest Region.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Covering an area South of Gloucester, as far east as Bournemouth and all of the Southwest, the commercial plumber will be working within a variety of settings including healthcare, hospitals, major pub chains and ambulance stations to name but a few.

Despite being commercial, most of the work will be on domestic plumbing systems, with duties to include;

• Planned and Preventative maintenance (PPM),
• Minor pipework,
• TMV service, install and repair,
• Tap/sink/basin replacements.
• Temperature monitoring and Legionella control.

Candidate Requirements:

• NVQ level 2 plumbing qualifications or above
• Domestic Gas preferred, but not essential.
• A full clean driving licence and willingness to cover the Southwest and work the on call rota
• Someone wanting career progression with a large organisation who promote development.
