The Role – PLC Automation Engineer

This market leader seeks to recruit a PLC Automation Engineer, responsible for: 

• Implementing automation platform standardisation, automation software programming and automation software Validation procedures
• Providing guidance to vendors and system integrators
• Communicating directly with management, internal clients and external vendors
• Maintaining records on installed base, upgrading rollouts and version control
• Staying current on advancements in automation technology

Your Background – PLC Automation Engineer

To apply you should be able to demonstrate the following:

• Degree educated or equivalent experience in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Chemical Engineering
• Experience in a process automation or system development related position devloping or designing PLC programs and configuring or designing SCADA programs
• Understanding of automation software 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
