Well, what about the team?The Team purpose is to build a Marketing Operations centre of excellence which enables efficiencies and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reduces waste on effort and improves revenue.The Platform Ops division of the Marketing Operations business unit is fundamental to how marketing requirements are translated effectively into the Marketing Platform and overall continued development and optimisations into the marketing platform.The Marketing Platforms Executive focuses on maintaining and developing our Marketing tech stack, ranging across a wide range of tracking and tag management platforms, supporting our Performance Marketing teams to gain better and more granular visibility of their advertising performances and conversions.This role will support our existing Marketing Platform Manager, focusing on our online portfolio of brands across the UK, ES and North America territories.This role requires a highly-motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic team member with an ability to execute tasks on their own initiative. The platform operator is a certified specialist in the MarTech platform and collaborating with product, marketing and data will build the centre of excellence, governance and processes with the team manager. This will be the foundation to which all marketing teams will reference and follow when building campaigns.So, what will you be doing?As a MarTech Platform Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in translating marketing requirements into the Braze platform and developing campaigns.Collaborating closely with your manager, you will spearhead the development of a center of excellence, governance, and processes that serve as reference points for the wider marketing teams as they craft their campaigns. The Platform Operator will become a certified specialist in Braze and use their skillset to drive effectiveness and efficiencies in campaign creation. Along with management of Braze you will be responsible for supporting venture launches, maintaining existing ventures and the overseeing of our tech stack to ensure seamless operation. Responsibilities:Campaign workflow template development: Lead the creation of templates within Braze, focusing on campaigns and canvases. Ensure efficient campaign execution by capturing and translating the requirements of wider marketing teams with direction from Campaign Operations.MarTech platform administration and monitoring: Administrator of the MarTech platform, possessing a deep understanding of its technical capabilities and limitations. Monitor system stability and key reports. Contribute insights to the MarTech roadmap.Collaboration with marketing and campaigns operations:Work closely with Campaigns Operations to review existing campaigns, providing feedback for improvement and ensuring they are built in the most effective manner.System support and troubleshooting: Act as a key point of contact for system support, ranging from 1st to 3rd line issues. Troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently. Escalate and manage cases with third parties as required.Training and onboarding: Lead tailored training and onboarding sessions for marketing executives using the tool, ensuring they maximize its capabilities. Ensure the entire process is documented and captured.Braze platform configuration: Manage front-end capabilities, including workspace management, IPs and subdomain configuration, APIs, and data/events usability within the Braze platform.Relationship management: Continue to build our relationships with the Customer Success Team to ensure the system is up-to-date and running optimally.
