The role
The Platform Manager will be crucial in developing and implementing effective strategies, managing e-commerce platforms, and driving online sales growth. The Platform Manager will leverage Amazon Brand Analytics tools and third-party analytics tools to analyse customer behaviour and optimize marketing strategies. The individual will segment customers and analyse their behaviour to provide valuable insights that guide decision-making and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, SEO/SEM, and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic and increase conversions.
Involved in planning, coordinating, and executing e-commerce activities to drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Digital marketing, data analysis, and understanding of the online retail market are key to the successful execution of their role.
Managing and updating the e-commerce platforms, monitoring market trends, and analysing customer behaviours to drive online sales.
Assist with overseeing marketing campaigns, ensure optimal platform performance, and continually strive to improve the customer experience.
Monitor and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
Analyse data, including web analytics and customer insights, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and improve customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce platform, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.

Essential skills and qualifications
Experience in PPC and Data Analytics in the Amazon marketplace.
Experience with Vendor Central and Seller Central
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including PPC, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Appreciation of ROI, ROAS and how to increase sales
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, problem-solving proficiency, and a deep understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
Communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
To work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
