Nottingham Trent House (95002), United Kingdom, Nottingham, NottinghamshirePlatform Assurance Process AnalystAbout this roleWe’re looking for a Platform Assurance Process Analyst working within the Strategy, Insight and Governance department.Someone who is passionate about both technology and process excellence, you will be responsible for managing and maturing our Technology Cyber Mandatory and Tech Health processes and ensuring managed risks and control.What you’ll doYou’ll delve into complex data and process improvement methodologies through:Maintaining the Platform Health Service backlog, ensuring the backlog is relevant and up to dateLeading the initial scope and early refinement across all backlog itemsSupporting change by partnering with key stakeholders across the Enterprise, Cyber and Tech Teams to ensure focus remains of key platform health priorities.Executing our Enterprise Technology Backlog processImproving effectiveness and efficiency in the processes to deliver great outcomes for our stakeholders and businessDriving analysis and insight across data points for platforms, ensuring visibility to stakeholders and delivering transformation on the back of it..Ensuring that process documentation is relevant and kept up to date and lead process reviews.Demonstrating excellent process management skills through tracking success metrics and monitoring process performanceSupporting projects by partnering with technology and suppliers to ensure processes are efficient and focus on key business objectivesQuality Assuring the Tech estate service controls to ensure that our key risks are appropriately monitored and documented actions are taken when appropriate.Constantly developing your personal tool-kit of process improvement techniques, and actively share learnings across the teamWhat we’re looking forStrong in-built analytical mindset, a high level of numerical ability which enables you to quickly spot trends and opportunities in raw dataExperience in SQL and/or data analysis is preferable but not essential if a desire to learn is there.Great attention to detail to understand systems and technology, as well as operational processesExperience with Risk & Controls ManagementAbility to work cross-functionally with a variety stakeholders to input into key decisions and deliver tangible business resultsA drive for continued learning through training opportunities and knowledge sharing to develop innovative solutionsA good decision maker, able to bring a healthy, balanced approach to business with a strong customer focusWe are committed to creating a level playing field and seek to create teams that are representative of our customers and the communities we serve.
