Plasterer - Social Housing/Council Work

Experienced Plasterers required to carrying out planned maintenance & repairs for Newcastle based council.

My client are looking for a skilled and dedicated Plasterers to join their dynamic team in a busy planned repairs service. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of plasterering repairs in void properties.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines.

Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues to understand repair requirements and provide exceptional customer service.

The Job:

Start date: ASAP

Location: Newcastle

Hours: 40 hours Monday - Friday (Overtime available)

Duration: Temporary position running up to end of Summer.

Pay rate: �17per hour (CIS or Umbrella)

Requirements:

• City & Guilds or NVQ in Plasterering
• 3 years minimum Plasterering experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own tools & transport
• CSCS
• Will need to complete Asbestos Awarness if accepted for the job
