We are currently looking for a Asphalt Plant Operative to join our friendly team based at Melburasphalt plant near Newquay.Reporting directly to the Plant Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for operating computer software tomix asphalt to specification, working with other members of the team to ensure that customers get good qualitymaterial and on-time deliveries. Learning how to operate mobile plant like wheeled loading shovels, minidiggers and telescopic handlers.The Asphalt Plant Operative will work with an internal team to learn how to plan the mixing program,ensuring that stocks are maintained and replenished in good time.You will also carry out inspections on the plant and carry out housekeeping tasks and basic daily maintenance.What’s on offer?

Previous experience working with similar industries is desirable. Some form of maintenance skills are desirable. Ability to work to deadline.
