What you'll be doing;
Reporting to the Head of ERF Operations, you will be responsible for leading a large and successful operational team, consisting of technical experts and operative staff.
You will have overall responsibility and direct accountability for all the operational and maintenance activities, team performance and development, and overall safety of the Energy Recovery Facility Operation.
Driving high levels of contract performance.
Responsible for the delivery of the client contract and compliance.
Assisting in establishing annual goals and objectives while supporting the strategy for the business unit.
Maintaining profit and loss ratios and preparing annual budgets.
Delivering operational efficiencies and cost-saving solutions.
Interacting with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
Liaising with relevant experts within your region and across the business to design and implement technical solutions.
Identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
What we're looking for;
Previous technical experience from a continuous process background.
A demonstrable background in engineering
Strong leadership and development skills.
Previous experience of working at a senior level.
Negotiating and influencing skills.
Familiar with Industrial health and safety compliance.
