What you'll be doing:
Overseeing all operational aspects of the site, ensuring compliance, profitability, and optimal biogas yield.
Managing a dedicated team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional health and safety standards.
Ensuring the plant operates efficiently, minimising downtime, and maintaining compliance with various regulatory bodies.
Leading the feedstock process and maintaining precise OFGEM information for data collection.
What we want from you:
Preferably a higher education qualification in an engineering discipline.
WAMITAB L4 in Anaerobic Digestion or related experience.
Proven capability in Anaerobic Digestion or a similar process, with a UK driving licence.
Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the flexibility to travel as needed.
