Job Description CHEP operates a circular economy of pallets; they’re rented out to customers and used throughout their supply chains – we then collect them and bring them back to plant. Our pallet pool is the largest in the UK and our plants process, repair and re-spray thousands of pallets per day, the Spennymoor site process up to 12,000 per day. We’re looking for someone to take the lead on our Spennymoor Plant near Durham. The site is currently in the middle of a roll-out of a new automated line and have 45 staff operating across two shifts. We’re looking for someone with operational experience who can lead strategy, people, and projects on site.You will develop a capable team to deliver all plant objectives and drive optimal performance whilst being a champion for our values; safety; customer focus; sustainability; and employee experience. Our Plant Manager will drive the strategic vision for the site
