Our role
Due to rapid growth and expansion of the business there is an opportunity for a Plant Hire Desk Team Leader to join the plant hire department. Overseeing thousands of individual hires across a nationwide supplier base.
Working in a fast-paced challenging environment the successful candidate will be expected to manage demand through clear planning by liaising with suppliers and have the ability to drive and motivate a team to support operational delivery by ensuring plant is delivered on time and breakdowns minimized. Using our key suppliers, the candidate will manage the requests with the team and drive efficiencies. The candidate will also drive the daily and weekly reports for the team data, reporting to and supporting the Plant Hire Manager.
Experience
Experience in a similar role
Plant Hire experience is essential
Knowledge of the utilities industry is desirable but not essential
