With a stable workflow, this pioneering brand is now looking to add a Plant Engineering supervisor who will be leading the Maintenance team within the plant in the day to day management providing front line maintenance support.Experience & DutiesA hands-on individual, with a can do approach to your work, you will lead and motivate your team whilst ensuring Engineering standards are achieved and maintained.To assist with the creation and management of risk assessments, method statements & safe systems of workTo prepare work specifications, drawings (if available) and all other contract documents for operatives and contractorsCommunicate with the Site Supervisors on repairs and completion datesMaintain accurately and effectively all necessary files/records, including the update of the Engineering departments CMMS as to be audit ready at all timesSupport the Maintenance Manager in the statutory legal obligations and upkeep of the site infrastructureKnowledge of Conveyor Systems, Crushers, Screens, Pneumatic & Hydraulic systems would be an advantageGet in touch with Liam Casey, regarding this maintenance role or any other maintenance roles in the Yorkshire & Lincolnshire areasJBRP1_UKTJ
