Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with aCouncil based in the Midlands in the search for an experiencedLocum Planning and Regulatory Team Leader. This post can be full-time or part -time position where you will be managing a team of 6 people whilst handling a variety of planning and regulatory matters. Duties may include:
Negotiating and drafting a range of legal documents including section 106 agreementsUndertook advocacy at planning inquiries and hearingsRegular attendance at planning and licensing committees as legal advisorBuilding relationships with the Organisation’s clients and partnerships to optimise the provision of legal servicesTo provide high level/professional advice and guidance on planning and associated legal mattersDealing with enforcement advice matters relating to planning lawAdvising and representing clients in negotiations and discussions with third parties in planning matters and legal practice areas relevant to the post
