Our client is an award winning 5 star builder with an outstanding reputation and a strong land bank. Due to upcoming workload, we are looking top support the Planning Director and to onboard a Planning Manager with demonstrable exposure to the residential sector, whether that be within a house builder or consultancy.
This may suit an ambitious Senior Planner or an Associate that is looking to make the step over to client side. You may be MRTPI qualified but this is not essential for my client and moreover key character traits will be a collaborative nature and your ability to build relationships, as well as a level of robustness and good negotiating skills.
