As a Planning Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the planning process for a variety of projects. You will work closely with our clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that planning applications are prepared and submitted efficiently.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
·Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies.
·Leading and managing a team of planning professionals.
·Preparing and submitting planning applications.
·Engaging with local authorities and other regulatory bodies.
·Providing expert advice on planning policies and regulations.
·Managing client relationships and expectations.
 
Qualifications:
·Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
·Extensive experience in planning and project management.
·Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RTPI).
·Strong knowledge of UK planning policies and regulations.
·Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
·Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
