Planning Manager

Duties:

In the role of a planning manager, your responsibilities will be as follows:

Tender Stage:

Offer planning management and assistance for both pre-contract and contract operations within the business. Generate tender schedules that align with the tender sum, design (if applicable), and methodology. Produce tender deliverables as needed, as agreed upon during the initial tender meeting with the planning manager/bid manager.

Construction/Delivery Stage:

Develop, oversee, and update the construction program while ensuring effective communication with internal and external customers, as well as major stakeholders. Handle the integration of change events into the construction program and collaborate with the commercial team to secure full entitlement under the contract.

Summary:

You should possess proficiency in project management software, preferably Primavera Version 6+, and have extensive experience in program and project management. This includes expertise in project planning, program controls, project review, and cost and risk analysis. Your understanding of the impact of commercial events on the baseline program, coupled with experience in working on diverse civil engineering or construction projects, is essential.
