Planning Coordinator

Scheduling Administrator. Leigh. £24k - £25k DOE
A successful firm who design and install equipment and have an impressive blue chip client base are looking for an experienced Scheduler to join the team. Duties will include;
Taking phone calls of customers with maintenance issues or details of breakdowns of equipment
Planning the weekly schedule for Engineers for the whole of the UK
Prioritising urgent work and fitting into the schedule
Preparing quotes
Raising and sending invoices to customers
Query handling
To be successful, you will have previous experience of scheduling engineers and be used to working in a fast paced environment with strong Administration skills
