Description

• Develop and maintain effective resource planning strategies
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Research potential vendors and compare their products, quality, and prices
• Track and report key functional metrics related to supply chain performance
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Predict future demand and ensure the efficiency of supply chain processes
• Implement risk management protocols to mitigate supply chain risks

Profile

A successful Planner should have:

• A proven track record in a planning or procurement role within the FMCG industry
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Excel)
• Knowledge of supply chain processes
