Planner

We are working with an established Tier 1 contractor in North Hampshire who need an experienced Construction Planner to assist them in preconstruction working on a range of tenders.

The company operate in the framework markets on schemes ranging from �8 to �50 million in education, care, NHS and local authority schemes.

The role is to work with their preconstruction teams - estimators, bid managers and commercial teams on a range of tenders at 2nd stage. you will be looking at programmes for individual packages - verifying and checking feasibility for each, identifying pinch points as well as gains and advantages, reprogramming where possible and helping to produce an accurate forecast of costs and build times which will form the basis of the completed tender to be submitted to the client for approval and all planning works are completed on Asta.

Experience of commercial contracting and JCT forms of contract is essential and the role is office or site based and is inside scope of IR35 so day rates are negotiable.
