We are seeking a talented and motivated Town Planner to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a chartered planner with a passion for urban development and a track record of delivering successful projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of assignments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to influence the future of London's built environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals, and other planning documents.
·Conduct research and analysis to support project feasibility studies and planning strategies.
·Engage with stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, and community groups, to ensure project objectives are met.
·Provide expert advice on planning policy, legislation, and best practices.
·Contribute to the development of innovative planning solutions that promote sustainability and resilience.
 
Requirements:
·Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or equivalent professional qualification.
·Proven experience in town planning, preferably within a consultancy or local authority setting.
·Strong understanding of UK planning legislation, policies, and procedures.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
·Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
·Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as GIS and planning software, is desirable but not essential.
