What’s in it for you?At CMR you will have the opportunity to professionally develop like nowhere you have worked before.If you demonstrate the capability, our merit based system will enable you to develop fast.We use our in-house capability matrix to transparently track your progression and highlight development areas.Join our small, dynamic team where every member has the chance to make a significant impact, shaping the future direction of our company and making a real difference.We believe in rewarding our team for their achievements, celebrating our successes but equally helping each other when things are tough.You'llDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, including milestones, and interfacesManagement of schedule baselinesWorking with Senior Project Manager and the wider project team to develop schedule scenarios, reports and presentationsClose integration with both the Cost and Risk Management teams to ensure alignment of all forecasts, structures and assumptionsSupport project review process with project performance information, including highlighting problems and trends to the delivery teamProduction of summary schedules and visual representations to convey schedule information to a varied audienceAbout YouEssential3+ years planning experience working on a variety of major construction and infrastructure projectsProficient in Primavera P6Motivated, committed and prepared to work to tight deadlines, going above and beyond when requiredExcellent relationship building and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Experience producing visual presentations (e.g. PowerPoint), with the ability to analyse and present information clearly and persuasivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.DesirableQualified to degree level, would be advantageous to have formal planning qualifications such as PRINCE2, APMPExperience with planning using NEC forms of contractKnowledge and experience working in the Nuclear industryExperience in using business intelligence tools such as Power BIAt CMR we have a strong culture driven by our 9 Core Principles.
