Working for a D&B contractor in the North West with intentions to grow and open new offices.

The Role

Reporting into the Creative Director of the business. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

* Pitch to, and win work from, new and existing clients, understanding and considering their requirements and goals

* Create concepts and designs using AutoCAD and Sketchup, Revit would also be beneficial

* Develop and present design proposals, mood boards, and presentations to clients

* Lead the design process from initial concept development to project completion

* Collaborate with clients, architects, and team members to develop design concepts and strategies

* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their professional growth

* Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and design techniques
