At Job&Talent we are recruiting for Ecommerce Picker & Packer operatives to join a leading company in Acton Gate, Stafford, known for distribution of general household products, including furniture, décor and alike.

Location:

• Acton Gate, Stafford - NOTE: DUE TO LOCATION PUBLIC TRANSPORT IS UNAVAILABLE

Shift Patterns:

• Monday to Friday on a fixed 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shift - During training you will be required to work 7am-3pm.

Pay Rates

• £11.44PH - Paid breaks after 13 weeks - OT after 40hrs

As a Picker Packer Operative you will need to have:

• Strong Warehouse Background: Proven experience working in a warehouse environment, understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy loads and stand for extended periods
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure orders are picked and packed correctly
• Administrative Skills: Basic administrative skills are advantageous, including data entry and inventory management
• Customer Focus: Ability to handle online orders with care and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed

Role of a Picker Packer Operative:

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to DHL's e-commerce standards
• Ensure the proper labelling and documentation of packages
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
