  • Support and assist qualified staff in assessing, planning, and implementing patient rehabilitation care.

  • Deliver Physiotherapy services to residents in collaboration with the Head of Therapies.

  • Provide professional leadership in Physiotherapy, adhering to clinical governance principles and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy's code of conduct.

  • Work as a member of the multidisciplinary Neuro care team.

  • Take responsibility for assessing and treating complex neurological conditions through Physiotherapy.

  • Develop and evaluate individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans, coordinating with relevant agencies.

  • Utilize clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to formulate personalized care plans.

  • Use standardized and innovative Physiotherapy assessment tools for effective treatment.

  • Participate in clinical audits and employ relevant outcome measures for analysis.

  • Conduct clinical risk assessments and devise risk management plans.

  • Identify and procure specialized equipment for residents with complex physical needs.

  • Requirements:

    • Degree in Physiotherapy

    • Registration with the HCPC

    • Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices in Physiotherapy

    • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and inspection processes

    • Demonstrated Continued Professional Development
