Support and assist qualified staff in assessing, planning, and implementing patient rehabilitation care.
Deliver Physiotherapy services to residents in collaboration with the Head of Therapies.
Provide professional leadership in Physiotherapy, adhering to clinical governance principles and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy's code of conduct.
Work as a member of the multidisciplinary Neuro care team.
Take responsibility for assessing and treating complex neurological conditions through Physiotherapy.
Develop and evaluate individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans, coordinating with relevant agencies.
Utilize clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to formulate personalized care plans.
Use standardized and innovative Physiotherapy assessment tools for effective treatment.
Participate in clinical audits and employ relevant outcome measures for analysis.
Conduct clinical risk assessments and devise risk management plans.
Identify and procure specialized equipment for residents with complex physical needs.
Requirements:
Degree in Physiotherapy
Registration with the HCPC
Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices in Physiotherapy
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and inspection processes
