A great opportunity has arisen for a band 6 Physiotherapist to become part of a dynamic, enthusiastic and friendly team who work with a varied case mix including Rehabilitation, Community and Neurology. The post holder will also be responsible for organising , clinics and domiciliary visits along with admission avoidance visits as a key player within a multidisciplinary teamThe successful applicant will proactively manage a caseload of patients with the aim of promoting independence in the community and will be required to liaise with the acute trusts. The ideal candidate will be looking for a challenge, is flexible, a good team player and have varied community / rehabilitation experience, or will have other experience relevant to working in a clinic, ward or community setting.You will also need to be able to work independently and organise your own work load.
