Job DescriptionPHYSIOTHERAPIST POSITIONS AT CLUB HEALTHWe are currently looking for qualified Physiotherapists to join our Clinics in Chelsea and Notting Hill.Join our multidisciplinary team at our Private Clinics in Chelsea, and Notting Hill, London, providing expert bespoke Treatments to Patients along a team of experienced Physiotherapists, Clinical Pilates and Rehab & Conditioning Specialists. All our Practitioners plan and implement treatments to improve Patients' condition and/or reduce pain and develop appropriate Plans of Care as well as offer specialist advice and education on how to avoid injury and promote the Patient's future health and wellbeing.Location: Chelsea & Notting HillJob Title: Currently hiring MSK Physiotherapists Contract type: Full Time - PermanentHours per week: 45Salary: Annual Salary of £28K - £48K depending on skills & experienceBenefits:Great working environment;Comprehensive Training that includes learning techniques and protocols used specifically by Club Health;Part of a renowned team of experts;The opportunity to work at a rapidly growing business that can fast-track your career domestically and Internationally;Mentoring support within the department from Clinical Lead and support with career development;Health insurance upon successful completion of probationary period.Physiotherapist Role and Responsibilities:Develop and communicate personalised Plans of Care;Deliver one-on-one Manual Therapy and/or Rehab treatments;Take professional responsibility as a Chartered Physiotherapist, with high level decision-making, autonomy, and clinical-reasoning skills, to triage, assess, diagnose, and treat a designated clinical caseload;Comply with all company policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring that product delivery and customer experience is consistent;Communicate effectively with patients and/or parents and carers, respecting privacy and confidentiality;Communicate effectively with referring parties so that all patients receive continued and uninterrupted care;Consult patients about optimal nutrition, exercise, equipment/devices, sleeping habits, stress management, and other matters that would promote a positive wellbeing and quicker rehabilitation;Proactively attract returning and new business to the clinic site, which should include leading corporate workshops, as prepared by yourself and the partnerships manager, to existing, new and prospective patients;Continually strive to improve clinic standards identify any risks to the Clinic Lead and Manager;Maintain accurate patient documentation, records, and statistical information, and complete them in a timely manner and in line with contractual service level agreements;Abide by the HCPC’s Standards of conduct, performance and ethics;Support the Clinic’s multidisciplinary team to develop services/products, when required;Be flexible with working hours (to include evening and weekend work).It’s equally important that you share our values.
