  The new sub-acute wards are additional community step down inpatient ward setting�

  
  


• 
  

  We require one Physiotherapist ward area, working hours can be flexible but 7-day cover required approx. 8-4 / 9-5-time frames.

  
  


• 
  

  A registered Physiotherapist is required to assess and treat patients requiring ward-based rehabilitation and assessment for discharge planning. Experience of working independently and at pace is required to ensure proactive discharge planning and robust and effective treatment plans are in place.

  
  


• 
  

  The Physiotherapist will be part of a therapy team including a rehab technician and an occupational therapist. Experience of community-based pathways would also be desirable to ensure length of stay is optimal.

  
  


• Qualified Physiotherapist
