We are looking for skilled, enthusiastic, highly motivated Band 5 Physiotherapists to join our well established Brighton and Hove community rotation. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.In this role you will be involved in:Delivering high quality, individualised, evidenced-based care to all patientsLearning, developing and adapting to change evidenced in continuing professional development (CPD)Operating in a team and contributing to team decisionsManaging your own caseloadTeaching patients, carers and peersMaintaining accurate records in line with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy's standardsDuring each six month rotation you will be supported by Band 7 and Band 6 colleagues with a comprehensive range of in-service training to meet your learning needs.Rotations include:Community Neuro RehabilitationFalls and OsteoporosisRespiratoryAmputee RehabilitationCommunity Therapy hubsInpatient rehabilitation unitsUrgent Community ResponseA driving license is required, as you will need to travel across sites and work in the community.About usWe are the main provider of NHS community services across East and West Sussex.
