Role Context:
Position exists to oversee the process outlined in the Project PHSE MOC Procedure to ensure changes impacting PHSE risk are managed appropriately within the PMO agreement for the Woodsmith Mine Project.
You'll be:

Assist involved stakeholders (i.e., Initiator, Change Owner, Change Authorizer) to facilitate progress of the MOC Procedure within the Isometrix system

Ensure stakeholders perform their assigned roles according to the requirements of the MOC Procedure and/or Isometrix

Assist with data entry and validation into Isometrix

Assist with Risk Assessment and PSSR review of technical changes

Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on MOC process

Upload and manage completed MOC documents
You'll have:

You will be an experienced HSE Professional with a familiarity with the Qualitative Risk Assessment methodology

Prior experience in co-ordinating Management of Change from an HSE perspective

You will be computer system competent in order to become conversant and expert in use of project Isometrix system.

You will be comfortable in engaging with personnel at all levels of a complex organisation; from front-line to senior management

You should know, understand and apply the Project specific Management of Change process

You should be organised and have an eye for detail
