Job Title: Photocopier Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photocopier Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in photocopier maintenance, with expertise in servicing various brands including Sharp, Konica Minolta, Lexmark, and Riso.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance and support for photocopiers to ensure optimal performance.


• Troubleshoot and repair photocopier issues efficiently.


• Install, configure, and maintain print drivers on workstations and servers.


• Set up scan to email and scan to folder functionalities.


• Possess basic knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory, and group policy.


• Perform installations of new equipment at customer sites.


• Attend training courses provided by suppliers such as Sharp or other applicable vendors.


• Utilize IT and networking skills to support customer needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in photocopier maintenance.


• Proficiency in servicing Sharp, Konica Minolta, Lexmark, and Riso photocopiers (experience with other brands is a plus).


• Strong IT and networking skills.


• Ability to install and configure print drivers on workstations and servers.


• Familiarity with Windows servers, Active Directory, and group policy.


• Experience with Papercut print management solutions (preferred but not essential).


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.


• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
