Pharmacy Technician – Roys of Wroxham is a family business, with over 128 years in the retail trade. The business remains family owned & led, ensuring we preserve the traditional values of our historical and community inspired business.

We are always developing and adapting to maintain the ongoing success of our business and as such we are looking for a Pharmacy Technician, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry to join our pharmacy team at Roys Department Store in Hoveton, Norfolk.

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will have Community Pharmacy experience and an Accredited Pharmacy Technician qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3 or higher. You should have excellent customer service and be able to work freely and autonomously to grow the business and develop services. This is a flexible role where you will work closely with the superintendent and pharmacy team.

Key roles will include dispensing prescriptions & serving on the counter, as well as collecting and dropping prescriptions to doctors' surgeries and patients, therefore, a UK valid driving licence will be necessary.

Additional training will be given for specific roles such as smoking cessation and blood pressure monitoring.

The Pharmacy Technician position is a permanent position, working 25.5 hours per week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. On offer is an hourly rate of £12.65 per hour (rising to £13.65 per hour from April).
