�Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 9-5
�Specific Skills:
�registration with the GPhC
�experience of a clinical hospital pharmacy technician are required
�will include assessing patients own medications, undertaking construction of accurate drug histories, supplying required medications to assigned wards, preparing medications for discharge including counselling of patients.
�Dispensary based duties to include accuracy checking on the ACT bench, dispensing medications for discharges and ensuring supplies of medications are sent to the wards in a timely manner.
