We have an opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our Pharmacyteam at HMP Pentonville, a category BPrison located in London.
Hours
37.5 hours per week.
Salary
This position is full time,you’ll receive an annual salary up to £49,000per annum FTE - depending on experience.

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK on a permanent basis and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.What you'll be doing
As aPharmacist, your responsibilities will vary. You will
responsible for the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high-quality prison pharmaceutical service.
working closely with the Head of Healthcare and the multidisciplinary team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the provision of service meets the contractual obligations.
providing daily expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensuring that a safe but modern medicines management service is provided to prisoners.

Requirements
GPhC registered Pharmacist.
Available to newly qualified pharmacists and beyond.
Management and leadership experience (desirable).
Procurement and audit experience (desirable).
Vocational Master’s Degree in Pharmacy including pre-registration training
Excellent communication skills
Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
