About the role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Clinical Pharmacist to join a highly reputable private hospital based in Wrexham, North Wales. The hospital offers fast access to consultations with specialists in a range of treatments, supported by advanced imaging and diagnostic technology. The staff at the hospital are passionate about providing person centred care to the patients and they are looking for a like-minded Clinical Pharmacist to join the team. The role will be working as part of an experienced and friendly pharmacy team on a permanent basis.  
Duties and responsibilities
You will be working as a Clinical Pharmacist and responsible for the following;

• Provide advice and support to consultants, nurses and other clinicians
• Ensuring safe, appropriate and cost-effective us of medicines throughout the hospital
• Build strong working relationships with consultants and colleagues working to improve patient outcomes
• Plan and deliver pharmaceutical care to meet patients health and well- being
• Treating every patient with empathy and compassion
• Suggest new processes/ equipment to improve health outcomes and increase the safety throughout the hospital

Who we're looking for

• Registered Pharmacist
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• GPHC registration with no restrictions
• At least 2 years experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist in the UK
• Ideally hospital or GP experience working in pharmacy
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective stock and budgetary control
