Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations within the pharmacy
• Ensure the provision of excellent customer service
• Manage a team of healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with GPhC standards
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and patients
• Manage inventory and ensure the availability of medications
• Monitor the dispensing of medications to ensure accuracy
• Promote health awareness and contribute to the well-being of the community

Profile

A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:

• A valid GPhC registration
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and regulations
• Proven experience in a similar role within the retail sector

Job Offer
