Personal Tax Senior Manager to join a leading firm in Exeter.Complex hands on compliance & planning, managing teams and progression.About Our ClientBased in Exeter the firm has an excellent reputation acting for both UK based individuals and overseas. The team undertakes high end income and capital tax planning work and compliance for HNWI, internationally mobile individuals and Trusts. You will work closely with the heads of taxes, on a broad range of income tax, IHT and CGT projects and compliance work, often involving residence and remittance basis queries to UK expats worldwide. Whilst a quality compliance service is a key offering the firm has also has a focus on delivering wider advisory and tax planning and business advice and the right professional will carve a key position advising this firms wide ranging clients with progression and development on offer. The firm offers hybrid working, flexible hours and very competitive benefits.Job DescriptionJoining as Personal Tax Senior Manager based from the firms Exeter offices, you will manage a wide ranging portfolio of personal tax cases, covering both UK based and overseas individuals. You will work closely with the heads of taxes, on a broad range of income tax, IHT and CGT projects and compliance work, often involving residence and remittance basis queries to UK expats worldwide. You will manage the wider team reviewing their work and supporting their development. You will be advising on wide ranging tax planning project work. The role provides an ideal opportunity for the right tax professional looking to carve a pivotal role and an excellent opportunity for the right professional looking to further their career in private client tax.The Successful ApplicantYou will be either CTA and/or any of ATT/ACA/ACCA etc qualified and you will have developed a personal tax career within accountancy practice, or within a specialist tax firm to the Senior Manager levels. Your experience will have been developed in any mix of Top Tier, Top Ten, 50, or regional independent firm background of any size, or specialist tax firm and your background will most likely have focused down the personal tax route with a compliance and tax planning skill set alongside this.This is an excellent opportunity for either a highly experienced Personal Tax Senior Manager level professional looking for a challenging new career move.What's on OfferCirca £60,000 - £85,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable with benefits.
