They offer a broad range of tax and financial services to a diverse client base and are known for their commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.DescriptionOversee the delivery of tax services to a diverse client portfolio.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals.Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients.Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service.Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated financial services.Contribute to the firm's business development efforts.ProfileA successful Personal Tax Manager should have:A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ATT, CTA, or similar).Proven experience in a tax manager or similar role within a professional services environment.Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong client service orientation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Job OfferA competitive salary in the range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.Great Pension scheme.Car Allowance.Hybrid Working arrangement.Excellent wider benefits package.We offer an inclusive, diverse and supportive environment where you can grow and thrive.
