About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team and provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to our CEO. As the CEO's right-hand person, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring their day-to-day success, juggling multiple tasks, and keeping the wheels of our company in motion.
What You'll Do
Manage the CEO's busy schedule, ensuring they're on top of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Compile, and organise information in a structured manner and present it to the CEO.
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence like a pro.
Conduct online research and draft insightful reports, keeping the CEO informed with the latest knowledge.
Maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Assist the CEO with personal errands, ensuring their day runs smoothly.
Manage food and other household supplies
Cook or arrange for a cook to prepare meals once a day
Ensure that household help is scheduled and people perform their duties on time
What You Should Possess
A Bachelor's degree in any subject
Proficiency in English
Detail oriented
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Able to commute to North London every day
Valid driver's license and ability and willingness to drive
