Personal Injury Senior Associate – 6+PQE

Key Responsibilities:
Attending client meetings and conferences with counsel
Develop working relationships in the firm and with a variety of clients
Researching through legal databases, textbooks and other appropriate sources
Advising clients on complex and high value clinical negligence (80%) and personal injury claims (20%)
Managing junior team members and delegating tasks
General case management
Contributing to marketing efforts
Identifying new sources of referral
Develop links with existing referrers and raising personal, the departments and the firms profiles
Build trust with clients
Key Requirements:
At least 6 years PQE
Enthusiasm for Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury
Knowledge of Legal Aid Agency funding
Up to date with developments in law
IT literate, particularly in Work and Excel
Track record of meeting KPIs
Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the firm’s core values
Communicates effectively at all levels
