Personal Injury Associate

Client
A leading National law firm are seeking a Personal Injury Associate to join their office in London.
Role
The firm are expanding its personal injury team. You will predominantly handle cases on behalf of NHS Trusts and a number of insurer clients. You will manage your own caseload of EL and PL pre-litigation and litigated claims of mainly Fast Track and low value Multi Track cases, as well as assisting on high value and more complex claims. There is also the opportunity to get involved with Human Rights and data breach cases.
You
