Job DescriptionPre-Litigation – Fee Earner (PLCT)Location:Liverpool Contract Type:PermPosition Type:Full TimeBond Turner are one of the North Wests leading Legal practices, specialising in Personal Injury, Defamation, Clinical Negligence, Professional Negligence, and Abuse.We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fee Earner / Pre Litigation Executive to join our Pre-Litigation Court team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.You will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of injury and non-injury claims. You will deal with he claim from inception to completion. Should there not be a clear route to settlement, you will be responsible for issuing Part 7 proceedings. You will be advising on the merits of personal injury and credit hire claims and spend time drafting and checking both Part 7 and 8 proceedings.This role is most suited to candidates who have a good understanding of the civil procedure rule.
