Job DescriptionDeal with Customer Queries by telephone and emailPlay a key role in a busy contact centre dealing with queries and complaintsDevelop and implement case management plans.Assess client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.Coordinate with various teams to ensure client satisfaction.Monitor and track client progress and adjust plans as needed.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.Produce regular reports on client progress and financial status. The Successful Applicant A successful Personal Case Manager should have:Relevant experience in a busy Customer Service/Contact CentreStrong knowledge of financial planning and portfolio management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using financial software and tools.Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
