Role and Responsibilit
ies
We are looking for an Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to executive memb
ers.
The main responsibilities are as fol
lows:
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external par
tners.Manage executives’ calendars and set up mee
tings.Managing personal correspond
ences.Make travel and accommodation arrange
ments.Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly re
ports.Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inve
ntory.Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, re
ports.Take minutes during mee
tings.Ad-Hoc administrative tasks as and when req
uired.Assisting with a variety of special projects as dir
ected.To assist the delivery team with positioning Live Group on events where n
eeded.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effe
ctively.Proficient in using al MS office products ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, On
eDrive).Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills and ability to work indepe
ndently.Professional demeanour with the ability to interest effectively with executives, clients, and col
leagues.Be aligned with Live Group
values.Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to take ini
tiative.Communicate and collaborate well with colleagues and
clients.Excellent interpersonal skills including person, telephone, and email, confident and professional when interacting with
clients.
