PA to CEO needed for a multi-academy School Trust based in Islington!
If you are an efficient PA with sufficient experience working with senior leaders in a school and are confident providing high level secretarial, organisational and administrative support, this role may be for you!
The PA to CEO will be a crucial member of the Operations Team, The PA to CEO, will be highly organised, fast paced and able to work effectively under pressure.
PA to CEO job summary:
c. £100 - £150 per day
position (52 weeks)
until E.O. July (view to go perm)

PA to CEO responsibilities include:
Fully supporting CEO in all aspects of their work with efficiency and discretion.
Diary management including booking appointments, acting as the ‘gatekeeper’, receiving visitors, providing preparatory support, and making travel arrangements.
Production and co-ordination of school documentation in educational publications, the local and national press.
Maintain accurate records of senior leadership team (SLT) and staff meetings, distributing agendas, minutes and other relevant documentation as required.
Liaising with Operations and HR Managers regarding staff holiday and reception cover as needed.
Performance management of staff.
PA to CEO requirements:
Immediately available and right to work in the UK
Must have experience as PA to senior leaders within a school.
Degree level education desirable.
To have used a management information system (MIS) within an educational setting or equivalent – preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
