In this key role, you will:
Provide exceptional administrative support to the CDIO, managing their busy schedule with discretion and efficiency.
Proactively anticipate and fulfil the CDIO's needs, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely project completion.
Contribute to high-quality presentations, reports, and other materials, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organise and manage meetings, workshops, and events, collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security, demonstrating a commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
Actively contribute to a positive and productive team environment, fostering collaboration and open communication.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment e.g technology startup, scaleup, digital agency or consultancy.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently while demonstrating initiative.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) is beneficial.
Discreet and professional demeanor, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and data security.
