LRL are looking for a personal assistant for one of our clients in Wigan.

The role will be to assist the senior management of the day to day running of a family business in the body shop and coachbuilding industry.

Requirements

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Strong typing skills with attention to detail

- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint)

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong organizational skills to manage paperwork and office supplies

Job Type: Full-time

  • Acting as the point of contact: serve as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Information management: They handle information flow accurately and promptly.
  • Calendar management: Managing executives' calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Travel arrangements: Making travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Expense tracking: Tracking daily expenses and preparing reports.
  • Office management: Keeping up with office supply inventory.
  • Communication: Formatting internal and external communication (memos, emails, presentations, reports).
  • Meeting support: Taking minutes during meetings.
  • Phone calls and correspondence: Screening and directing phone calls, distributing correspondence.

Schedule:

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
