LRL are looking for a personal assistant for one of our clients in Wigan.
The role will be to assist the senior management of the day to day running of a family business in the body shop and coachbuilding industry.
Requirements
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage paperwork and office supplies

- Acting as the point of contact: serve as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Information management: They handle information flow accurately and promptly.
- Calendar management: Managing executives' calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Travel arrangements: Making travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Expense tracking: Tracking daily expenses and preparing reports.
- Office management: Keeping up with office supply inventory.
- Communication: Formatting internal and external communication (memos, emails, presentations, reports).
- Meeting support: Taking minutes during meetings.
- Phone calls and correspondence: Screening and directing phone calls, distributing correspondence.

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
